We began developing intelligent audit solutions in 2017, and in 2020, we pioneered the human-machine collaborative intelligent T&E audit process for the client’s project.

Structured Data Extraction with Over 95% Accuracy

The pharmaceutical industry is subject to rigorous compliance requirements. Its T&E reimbursement involves a wide variety of supporting documents, most of which are unstandardized images such as consumption receipts and payment vouchers. Jiazhong Aiyun adopts an innovative OCR plus manual data entry model to tackle the limitations of conventional OCR technology, which fails to fully identify standardized invoices and extract structured data from unstandardized images.

We leverage OCR invoice and text recognition to extract structured data from invoices, standard attachments and contracts, applying intelligent recognition to information retrieval for supporting documents. Meanwhile, our manual entry platform corrects data with low OCR confidence levels and captures information from unstandardized images, enabling flexible and efficient output of structured data.

Visual and Customizable Rule Configuration

Drawing on rich implementation experience, Jiazhong Aiyun has accumulated nearly 5,000 audit rules. We conducted in-depth research and sorting on the client’s business workflows and audit criteria, and delivered customized rule configuration plans.

Our rule engine is a low-code visual platform that allows client staff to update rules flexibly. It enables automatic comparison and audit of electronic financial data and structured data from attachments. For unique business scenarios, customized rule development can maximize the consistency between automated and manual audit results.

Operation Management Platform - G Data Cabin

Jiazhong Aiyun has launched the G Data Cabin operation management platform at our delivery center. It delivers full-process system support covering order receipt, document circulation, audit remark recording and file arrangement throughout end-to-end workflows.

Technically, it supports project-based integration with client systems and invokes the rule engine, enabling integrated collaboration between intelligent audit and manual audit on one single platform.

Data Analysis

Operational Data: It monitors team workload and progress, providing data reference for efficiency improvement and KPI setting.
Compliance Data: It conducts multi-dimensional analysis on rejected cases, offering data support for targeted training and policy adjustment on subsequent reimbursement activities.
